To upload a copy of the Dental Historian to the archive and make available for visitors to download, there are a number of steps.

You will need to be able to:

• Open the Dental Historian .pdf file
• Produce an image (screenshot) of the front cover

 

Then we need to:

Part 1 – Upload

• Upload the entire .pdf document to the Media Library
• Create an image of the front cover
• Upload front cover image to the Media Library
• Create a Title for the edition

Part 2 – Adding to Archive page

• Choose the section of the appropriate date period
• Use an existing blank section or create a new section to add the edition
• Add the front cover image
• Add the link to the .pdf file
• Update page
